Assessments have become an important part of many organizations' efforts to put the right people into the right positions by:
Providing effective training
Developing managers and leaders

Creating highly functional teams
As fast as business moves in today's world, an assessment is the most reliable way to objectively identify the key behaviors and motivations that will lead to the success of people, teams and the whole organization.
The Birkman Method® Focuses on Five Major Perspectives:
1. Usual Behavior – an individual’s effective behavioral style of dealing with relationships and tasks; strengths.
2. Underlying Needs and Motivations – describes expectations and how individuals need others to relate and work with them; reveals what influences/motivates an individual's behavior.
3. Stress Behaviors – an individual’s expressed ineffective style of dealing with relationships or tasks; behavior observed when underlying needs are not met.
4. Interests – indicates the work an individual is most likely to enjoy; what an individual is drawn to.
5. Organizational Focus - the perspective from which an individual views problems and solutions relating to organizational goals.

Personal high performance (low stress, high productivity and job satisfaction) starts with the individual’s mindset of responsibility and accountability for results…before they even step into the workplace. Mindset drives choices. Choices drive action. Actions drive results. Measuring mindset is the best way to measure probability of, and potential for, consistent high performance.
An individual’s attitude affects their choices, which in turn triggers behavior to perform. Performance drives the results of the organization. This inside-out approach is how we do what we do.
Accountability is not a training technique…it’s a mindset! Once an individual embraces their own accountability for results, change happens. Our commitment is to create accountable organizations where individuals thrive and succeed with a mindset based around personal accountability.
The Versera Accountability Assessment is administered and accessed online using a secure website. Each assessment is password protected. Participants who complete the Assessment receive a print-out of their results. They then receive an interpretation of their results through training, one-on-one coaching or a Personal Coaching Report. Individual assessment results are never revealed to others without the express permission of the participant. Group and organizational aggregate results are utilized for data comparison and norm result progress.
Good development feedback comes not just from managers but from a variety of sources including peers, direct reports, vendors, and clients. If professional development is your goal, a neutral coach can best provide an environment for individuals to explore strengths and weaknesses and create a development plan.
The Birkman 360° measures the perceptions of those who work with an individual by asking them how often this individual exhibits skills and behaviors (competencies) that are critical to his/her work and that are critical to his/her organization's success. The Birkman 360° collects data on the entire range of competencies that characterize highly effective persons and their organizations.
